§01

Selected projects

Business systems, web applications, and SEO and AI optimisation — work shaped by client needs and our own products.

Active product

Digitalni Cjenik

Edit and publish service prices from one admin workspace — a public price list, machine-readable CSV and an archive of previous versions.

Problem

Businesses often update prices by hand across web pages, PDFs and spreadsheets. Croatia’s 2026 publication rules add practical needs: machine-readable data, reference prices, previous versions and separate files for service locations.

Solution

Edits stay in a private draft. Publishing creates one new version for the public price list and CSV. Earlier publications keep their original data.

Custom business web application
Internal client application

Pneukom Operacije

A business application connecting customers, equipment, cases, service, documents and payments in one operational overview.

Problem

Multiple Excel records make it difficult to track cases and connect documents. Customer, equipment, order and payment information has to be found and linked manually.

Solution

Each business request connects to its customer, equipment, quotes, orders, service and payments. The case provides access to related documents and next steps.

SEO + AI/AEO
Post-optimisation monitoring

Centar za sigurniji internet

SEO and AI/AEO optimisation of an existing website, focused on organic visibility, expert content and presence in AI answers.

Problem

The key Croatian query “zaštita djece na internetu” was approximately midway down Google’s second page. The technical foundations and discoverability of relevant content needed improvement.

Solution

Optimisation of the existing website combined technical SEO, content editing and internal links with checks of Google and AI visibility.

Eventis

All-in-one platform for event photographers — from first inquiry to gallery delivery.

Problem

Event photographers juggle 5–7 separate tools for inquiries, contracts, invoicing, and gallery delivery. The result is chaos, duplicate data entry, and lost revenue.

Solution

A single system replacing the entire stack: inquiries, e-sign contracts, Stripe payments, and gallery delivery — from first contact to project completion.

Multiplayer platform
Active users

Belot Arena

Online multiplayer platform for belot with a ranking system, active community, and own infrastructure.

Problem

Existing platforms didn't offer a modern gaming experience — lag, disconnections, and poor synchronization ruined real-time games.

Solution

An authoritative multiplayer platform on the Cloudflare edge network: minimal latency, ranking system, statistics, and real-time communication.

Booking system
Production environment

Sustav za upravljanje terminima

Mobile-first booking system for service businesses with online reservations and CRM records.

Problem

Service businesses lose appointments due to phone bookings, no-shows, and manual calendar management. Without a digital trail, there is no overview of availability or client records.

Solution

A mobile-first booking system with online reservations, per-employee calendar, CRM records, and daily appointment overview — adaptable for salons, clinics, and repair services.

Custom client application

I build to work in the real world.

Every project starts from a real problem, not an idea for a portfolio. I build systems that people actually use — proven through production, not through presentation.
