What Data I Collect

Through the contact form on this website I collect: your name, email address and the content of the message you send.

Legal Basis for Processing

I process your data based on your consent (by submitting the form) and my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How Data Is Used

Data submitted through the contact form is sent to my email address (info@digitalnimost.com) via the Brevo email platform. I do not collect, store or share your data with any third party, except to the extent necessary for the functioning of the email system (Brevo, Cloudflare).

Data Retention Period

Data submitted via the contact form is kept for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, or until the end of communication related to your inquiry, after which it is permanently deleted, unless the law requires longer retention.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data. You can send your request to info@digitalnimost.com. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.

The website is hosted via Cloudflare with standard security measures (HTTPS encryption, protection against unauthorised access).
